On Snow
This was the clear favourite for Amy and the intermediate group. A notch cut from the metal plate under the boot lets the ski bend far more easily than the Mantra. Amy skied the wide blue rollers of the 7th Heaven zone for six hours straight and said her legs were not burning.
Watch Out For
Ryan, a heavy and aggressive skier, overpowered them easily on a steep descent. They lack the top-end stability experts want.
