Our Verdict:
Teton Sports Mountain Ultra Tent

This Teton Sports scored out the TopNotch Award because of its exclusive package features.

Did you know that this tent can carry 12 -16 people?

Here, you don’t have to worry about bringing plenty of tents in your backpack.

Personally, it felt like a castle for me. This was perfect when we used this on a trip just a few weeks ago.

Here, you can enjoy the night sleeping with your camping buddies as this can absolutely fit all of you (Unless you want some private time)!

Worrying about the season cause it might not fit the capability of your tent?

Worry no more because unlike any other tents in the market, this bad boy can definitely nail both seasons with its Cotton Canvas Fiber material.

This explains why this Teton right here is proven durable too!

Just prepare your wallet for this one.

Its full-packed features and spacious inside make it a little bit pricey.

But hey- rest assured that this will definitely be really helpful and will ironically save you money.

Why?

Its durability is insane.

Well, if you’re not that convinced, let me take you to all the metrics that we tested to prove that it’s worth buying for.

Come on… Scroll down and see for yourself.

1. Value for Money

What’s better than having to pay little for your purchase?

I guess there’s nothing more fun than that.

Well, what’s not fun is that Teton ultra made it to the last.

Among other tents on the list, we’ve decided to put them last because of their high price point.

But if you’ll be asking me, “Is this worth it to buy?”

Well, I would definitely say yes!

In fact, this Teton Sports Mountain Ultra Tent is one of our favorite mountain hiking essentials.

You see- I’ve experienced using this for more than a few camping trips I’ve had, and I can say that it’s totally worth buying.

If you look at the better side…

It’ll actually save you money because this will keep you from buying tents every year because of some significant issues.

All in all…

If you have money to burn, consider this at the top of your list!

2. Ease of Use

Teton Sports Mountain Ultra Tent has not only a 4 person but a whole 12-16 person capacity

This concludes that it’s a hassle to assemble this one.

This is a total fact and I can definitely agree with this.

I think it took me about 15-20 minutes to set this up

The ending?

I dozed off so hard!

Setting the Teton Sports Mountain Ultra Tent is a bit time-consuming, yes, but taking it down took me just 5 minutes.

So if you’re planning to get this, be ready to get help from your friends to set this bad boy up.

3. Durability and Workmanship

This tent ranked high among other camping tents on the list!

Wanna know why?

This camping tent is made of high-end materials like its micro mesh fabric.

The fabrics certainly look durable and well sewn, including the upper mesh screening.

The extra-high bathtub floors are waterproof, too, so you don’t have to worry when the rain suddenly pours on the mountain!

The inner tent has large, removable attics and two large organization pockets on the sides.

Seams and corners are reinforced, and heat taped too!

Another feature of this baby is that it has aluminum poles which are proven to be more longer-lasting than other materials.

The 1 person tent has one central pole that runs the length of the tent, while the 2 person tent uses an “X-cross” structure.

Here’s what I have to say…

This buddy is, by almost all measures, a great product!

I’ve been camping for over a week now, and it has held up fantastically! Zippers are smooth, the tent is waterproof, and if you stake it down the right way, it’ll be windproof too!

4. Weather Resistance

As I mentioned earlier, Teton Sports Mountain Ultra Tent will blow your mind because of its ability to be used in all kinds of weather!

No doubt why tent Teton ranked 1st among the 10 tents on the list!

With its high-quality fabric, you’re sure to be heated during the cold and cooled during the warm weather!

In my experience…

…the cold nights on the mountains felt nothing to us! It’s indeed a very comfortable place to sleep and hang out!

Another feature that showed how weather resistant this tent Teton is its complete mesh construction.

On the nights when it’s warm enough to sleep without a rain fly, it offered 360° views of the surroundings.

What a beautiful view on top of the mountains!

Additionally…

On nights when we needed to stay dry and warm, the inner tent was ventilated enough and mostly condensation-free, which kept precious heat inside the tent throughout the night!

5. Comfort

Comfort may not come first but compromising this may lead to physical pain such as backaches and the like.

Fortunately…

This camping buddy thought it wise to save your back from feeling pain!

During hiking or camping, the best award after a good view is the amount of rest you’ll get.

But what if your tent is insanely uncomfortable to sleep in and spend the rest of the night in?

I guess ultra tent Teton doesn’t want that that’s why they incorporated micro mesh fabric and a comfortable water-resistant flooring!

Not only that…

But this one is bigger and taller for you to feel comfy inside!

Personally,  I was warm and very comfortable all 6 nights.

I highly recommend getting this bad boy for local camping and even on travel camping!

Rest assured that you’ll get good sleep and a nice space to hang out with your travel buddies in.
